Abstract: The direction determines the future,and the road determines the destiny.The historical fate of the Communist Party of China is closely linked with the Chinese road.As for the Chinese road,we should not only look at it from the perspective of “characteristics”,but also from the view of history.First of all,we should look at the Chinese road from the universal law of historical development which follows the universal law of historical development.Whether it is the choice of the road of Chinese revolution or the creation of the road of China's construction and reform,it is the product of the combination of the general law of historical development with the concrete reality of China.Secondly,it is necessary to look at the Chinese road from the perspective of world history.Chinese road is formed and developed in the complex relationship with the world,and at the same time has a great impact on the world,so it has its far-reaching world significance.Thirdly,we should look at the Chinese road from the basic social contradictions.The basis of the inevitability and rationality of the Chinese revolution,construction and reform lies in the basic contradictions of the Chinese society in different periods.With the change of the principal contradiction of society in the new era,new changes will take place in the specific content of the development road of socialist modernization.Finally,we should look at the Chinese road from a practical point of view.Different from the pattern,the road is essentially a process of practice.It is in the sense of the progressive tense rather than the perfect tense that we talk about “road”.Chinese road is constantly explored and created in practice,and its development must also be explored and created.
