Abstract: Industrial chain security is an important field to promote the modernization of Chinese style.Under the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the security of the industrial chain presents new situations and new characteristics.Promoting the combination of industrial chain security and efficiency has become a key link in empowering the modernization of the industrial chain and the supply chain.In the new era,China has made remarkable achievements in the safe development of the industrial chain,with remarkable achievements in the circular resilience,the completeness of the industrial chain,the innovation of the industrial chain and the institutional opening framework of the industrial chain,and the security of the industrial chain has been effectively maintained.However,there are also problems such as the “bottleneck” problem of key core technologies,the low degree of coordinated development of the industrial chain,defects in the industrial and spatial layout of the innovative development of the industrial chain,and the lack of institutional framework for international cooperation in the industrial chain.In response to major challenges of power competition and industrial upgrading,there is an urgent need to promote the optimization and innovation of industrial chain security maintenance policy from the aspects like improving the original innovation ability of upstream core technology of the industrial chain,promoting the high-level coordinated development of different links in the industrial chain,optimizing the application innovation ability of the middle and lower reaches in the industrial chain,promoting the open development of the emerging industry chain such as digital economy.
