摘要: 课堂功能系统是从抽象、共性的层面将不同课型、不同科目的课堂都包含在内的一种课堂结构的分析模型。系统解剖学为课堂功能系统提供了全新的分析视角,《学记》、课堂体系理论以及全视角学习理论为其提供了充分的理论依据。课堂功能系统由目标系统、任务系统、动力系统这三大系统构成。其中,目标系统包括教案描述、课堂表述、课尾检查三个方面;任务系统包括教学素材、分层设问、组织方式三个方面;动力系统包括准确反馈、中肯评价、诱人奖励三个方面。该结构模型在理论上,提供了关于课堂与课堂教学的新的认知,进一步明确了教师与学生在课堂中的地位关系,赋予了中国古代传统教学认知以现代生命力;在实践中,有助于教师理解和操作课堂教学活动,为教师专业发展的自我诊断提供理论框架,为教学研究提供共性理论知识与理论工具,为课堂观察提供观察点的理论依据,还有利于提高课堂教学的效能。

Abstract: The classroom teaching function system,an analytical model of classroom teaching structure,includes different classes of different types and subjects from the dimension of abstraction and commonness.Systematic anatomy provides a brand-new analytical perspective for the classroom teaching function system,and Xue Ji,Richard Arends's classroom teaching system theory and Knud Illeris's comprehensive learning theory provide it with sufficient theoretical basis.The classroom teaching function system is composed of three major systems:a target system,a task system and a dynamic system.Among them,the target system includes the description of teaching plans,the classroom expression,and the inspection at the end of class.The task system includes teaching materials,stratified questions and organization modes.The dynamic system includes accurate feedback,pertinent evaluation and attractive reward.In theory,this structure model offers a new understanding of class and classroom teaching,further clarifies the status relationship between teachers and students in the classroom teaching,and endows the traditional teaching cognition of ancient China with modern vitality.In practice,the model helps teachers to understand and operate teaching activities.Besides,it is beneficial to provide theoretical framework for the self-diagnosis of teachers' professional development,provide common theoretical knowledge and theoretical tools for teaching research and provide theoretical basis for observation points for classroom teaching observation.And it helps improve the efficiency of classroom teaching as well.
