乡村振兴中如何推进乡村教育振兴?——乡村教育振兴的内涵、挑战与路径

摘要: 乡村教育振兴是全面推进乡村振兴的基石。如何推进乡村教育振兴是新时期乡村教育改革、乡村振兴的重大战略问题。乡村教育振兴的本质是乡村教育质量的持续提升,是乡村教师、学生、教育设施、教育内容等乡村教育要素的相互融洽状态,集中体现为相互促进与优先发展。乡村教育的功能主要体现为其对乡村政治、经济、社会、文化和人力的支撑和引领作用。乡村教育振兴面临的关键挑战,从内部看主要表现为乡村学校布局优化问题和乡村教师队伍振兴问题,从外部看主要表现为乡村社会与学校教育的相互协同、乡村教育与乡村振兴的相互支撑问题,具体体现为乡村学校布局亟待再优化、教师发展面临三重困境、家庭教育相对匮乏、学校的隔离式发展。基于稳定社会的渐进变革决策理论,乡村教育振兴政策构建的着力点为:健全乡村教育社会支持体系、调整乡村教育资源配置方向、优化乡村小规模学校的布局、统筹乡村教师资源配置政策。

Abstract: Rural education revitalization is the cornerstone of promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way.How to promote rural education revitalization?It is a major strategic issue of rural education reform and rural revitalization in the new era.The essence of the revitalization of rural education is the continuous improvement of the quality of rural education,and the harmony between rural teachers,students,educational facilities,educational content,and other elements of rural education,which is embodied in mutual promotion and priority development.The function of rural education is mainly embodied in its supporting and leading role in rural politics,economy,society,culture,and manpower.From the internal perspective,the key challenges facing the revitalization of rural education are mainly manifested as the optimization of rural school layout and the revitalization of rural teachers.From an external perspective,the main challenges manifest as the mutual coordination between rural society and school education,as well as the reciprocal support between rural education and rural revitalization.This is specifically reflected in the urgent need for further optimization of the layout of rural schools,the triple challenges faced in teacher development,the relative lack of family education,and the isolated development of schools.Based on the theory of gradual change decision-making for a stable society,the key points of rural education revitalization policy construction include that perfecting the social support system of rural education,adjusting the direction of rural education resources allocation,optimizing the layout of small-scale rural schools,and coordinating the policy of rural teacher resources allocation.
