Abstract: Only when a civilization forms a relatively systematic institutional system can it mark the completion of the civilization form.The new model for human advancement is rooted in the socialist mode of production, which not only deeply grasps of the laws of social history and civilization development, but also contains the inherent mechanism of Chinese civilization.It is not only a civilization with the socialist system as its core, but also a new civilization centered on the people.At the same time, it is a civilization full of vitality and harmonious development, demonstrating the inherent characteristics of leapfrog civilization development.When properly resolving basic social contradictions, the new model for human advancement fills the spiritual emptiness of Western civilization with the core socialist values and fine traditional Chinese culture, fundamentally breaks through the shackles of the “center-periphery” dependency system and the limitations of various endism, expands the space for human civilization to progress, and demonstrates the value concept of sharing a common destiny and seeking common development.It will provide useful reference for exchanges, mutual learning and sustainable development of world civilizations.
