Abstract: The Communist Party of China has led Chinese people to explore the challenging path of modernization for over a century, and it is of great significance to review and summarize its unique historical experience. China's modernization development not only follows the universal law of world modernization, but also deals with special problems in China through concrete thinking mode and practical method, which is embodied in the Chinese way of inheriting and surpassing the world modernization. Based on China's objective national conditions and the subjective initiative of the Chinese people,we have chosen and created a road to realize the phased advancement of the modernization strategy. The transformation and “miracle” of China's modernization practice are mainly shown in the following aspects: trying to overcome the domination of “capital logic” and pointing to the fundamental value purport of human modernization logic; going beyond the mode of“conquering nature” and pursuing the harmonious coexistence of human and nature; breaking the development stereotype that “a strong country is bound to seek hegemony” and achieving peaceful development. As world modernization enters a period of profound change, the road of modernization pioneered by China turns out to be more and more meaningful to world history.
Key words: the Communist Party of China, modernization, a century of development, historical experience
