Abstract: With a grand global vision,XI Jinping's thought of rule of law takes both the domestic and international situations into consideration,coordinates domestic governance and international governance,firmly grasps the development trend of human political civilization,scientifically reveals the historical necessity of global governance reform,clearly proposes the global governance view of consultation,contribution and shared benefits,and further elucidates the concept of fair and just global governance.The thought firmly upholds and steadily practices the multilateralism,creatively puts forward major strategic ideas to promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind,provides the China's plan for answering the World Question of “what's wrong with the world,what should we do?” and promoting global governance reform,offers the world with a new public product of the rule-of-law,and effectively enhances the discourse power and influence of China's rule-of-law on the international level.
