Abstract: Based on the perspective of social quality,this study constructs a common prosperity monitoring index system and measures the development level of common prosperity in China in the first decade of the new era.The results have shown that:(1) In the first decade of the new era,the level of common prosperity has increased year by year,and the development growth rate is higher than the economic growth rate.(2) The material civilization has coordinated with the spiritual civilization,the economy has remained good overall,people's material life has greatly been enriched,public service capacity has constantly been optimized,ecological environment quality has significantly improved,people's spiritual and cultural level has significantly been lifted,and social harmony level has progressed as a whole.(3) Sharing the fruits of development has been remarkable,and the three major gaps has increasingly been narrowed.
