The Dynamic Mechanism of Industry-education Integration in Professional Doctorate Education

Abstract: Promoting the integration of industry and education in professional doctorate education is a key step in improving its quality.Research has found that the diverse stakeholders in professional doctorate education have insufficient motivation,concentrated conflicts,poor cohesion,and significant obstacles in the stages of motivation stimulation,aggregation,maintenance,and reinforcement of industry-education integration.It is suggested that the integration of industry and education be enhanced through strengthening top-level design,playing a leading role by the government;enhancing the main responsibility of universities,optimizing the integration model;leveraging the market role of industry and enterprises,innovating the cultivation mechanism;and coordinating diverse stakeholders to alleviate the difficulties of integration.
