Abstract: The development of new quality productivity has created new opportunities and put forward new requirements for the autonomous cultivation of top innovative talents in China, and the autonomous cultivation of top innovative talents can provide strong intellectual support and talent guarantee for the rapid development of new quality productivity, and the two have the inherent relationship of benign interaction.From the perspective of new quality productivity, the autonomous cultivation of top innovative talents needs to focus on conceptual innovation to cultivate strategic scientists for the new era, focus on scientific and technological innovation to create first-class scientific and technological leaders, and rely on industrial innovation to create top talents in emerging industries.By giving full play to the advantages of the new national system to guarantee the cultivation of top talents, consolidating the "three-in-one" strategic support system to smooth the mechanism of talent cultivation, taking higher education as leader to create a talent cultivation highland, taking basic education as foundation to broaden the base of talent cultivation, constructing an integrated vertical cultivation system of multiple segments of education, attaching importance to industry-university-research multi-subject collaborative cultivation.It also focuses on the function of multiple education evaluation to lead the innovation of talent cultivation mechanism, so as to provide strong talent support, endogenous power and innovation vitality for the development of new quality productivity, and then make newer and greater contributions to the realization of Chinese-style modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
