教师心智化的内涵、诊断与提升

摘要: 新时期教师面临的教学和管理的挑战,要求教师具备高超的心智化能力。这一能力也构成了教师心理健康的核心素养。本文在梳理心智化概念发展的基础上,结合教师职业的特殊性,提出教师心智化的内涵,即教师基于和学生、家长交往的先前经历和行为模式,觉察自己和他人的心理状态,并在互动过程中不断反思与调整人际交往的心理过程。同时,介绍并分析了教师在工作中经常出现的侵入性、过度活跃、破坏性或具体化等伪心智化和非心智化的表现。并在此基础上,提出了提升教师心智化的具体方法和途径,包括提升镜映能力、反思能力、学会正念教学以及加强情绪调节能力、提高抗压能力等。

Abstract: In the new era,the core competency of mental health for teachers involves the high level of mentalizing ability to cope with the challenges in teaching and management.Based on teasing out the development of the mentalization concept,this paper is to propose the connotation of teacher mentalization in the context of the specificity of the teaching profession.Specifically,it refers to the psychological process in which teachers become aware of their own and others' mental state based on their prior experiences and behavioral patterns in interactions with students and parents,and continuously reflect on and adjust their interpersonal communication in the process of interaction.Additionally,this paper introduces and analyzes the pseudomentalization and nonmentalization that frequently occur in teachers' work,such as intrusive pseudomentalization,overactive form of pseudomentalization,and destructively inaccurate pseudomentalization.Finally,specific methods and approaches to enhance teachers' mentalizing ability are proposed,including improving mirroring ability,reflective function,mindful teaching ability as well as strengthening emotional regulation ability and improving stress resistance.
