Abstract: In the era of the digital economy, enhancing human capital and bridging the digital divide are crucial for promoting social equity and achieving high-quality economic development.The rapid advancement of digital technology has exacerbated disparities in digital skills, access to information, and digital participation among different social groups.To achieve the mutual promotion between enhancing human capital and bridging the digital divide, it is essential to optimize the digital skill education system, improve digital infrastructure, promote lifelong learning of digital skills and vocational training, foster a positive digital culture atmosphere, and encourage the innovative and inclusive growth of the digital economy.These efforts aim to unleash the dividends of the digital economy, comprehensively enhance residents' digital literacy and drive the full digital transformation of the economy and society.
