Establishing a regulatory system for artificial intelligence security is an inevitable choice to address AI security risks, an initial move to break institutional constraints and to unleash new drivers of economic growth, and an important path to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. The establishment of an AI security regulator system requires the construction of an AI security governance system with governance orientation, governance mechanism, governance architecture, and governance tools as its core.In terms of governance orientation, the goal is supposed to empower human social development and implement “responsible” supervision. In terms of governance mechanisms, we should give full play to the leading role of administrative governance and make full use of various governance models such as market governance and community governance. In terms of governance architecture, we need to strengthen collaborative governance and build a joint force for artificial intelligence regulatory. In terms of governance tools, it is necessary to fully utilize mandatory and guiding governance tools such as laws, policies, and normative standards. In the future, China should accelerate the construction of an AI security regulatory system by clarifying its regulatory scope, technical requirements and priority rule, promoting international cooperation in artificial governance, and building a “1+N” governance system in artificial intelligence.

Digital transformation constitutes a crucial direction for advancing educational modernization globally, and its transformation outcomes should ultimately be manifested in enhancing the comprehensive development of children and adolescents.Based on the international data from the PISA 2022, the influence of the accessibility and usability of school digitalization on students' academic achievements has systematically been investigated, along with the heterogeneity of this impact in countries or regions with varying degrees of informatization development and educational competition. The empirical findings have revealed that the accessibility (quantity and quality) of school digital resources significantly positively affects academic achievement. However, the impact of usability (utilization rate of digital resources and ICT inquiry-based teaching) on academic performance demonstrates nonlinear relationships of U-shaped and “inverted U-shaped” respectively. The result of heterogeneity indicates that school ICT resources exhibit relatively higher efficacy in countries or regions with higher levels of informatization and lower degree of competition, and students in these countries or regions benefit more from digital resources. To enhance the value-added effect of digital education in China, we should improve the quality of digital infrastructure and promote deep integration of digital technology and teaching, to realize the high-quality development of China's education enabled by digital technology.

The aesthetic playfulness is an old topic. In the long-standing Chinese and western traditions of aesthetics and aesthetic education, there has been a widespread pursuit of playfulness.Playfulness is not only the essential feature of aesthetics, but also the pedagogical orientation of aesthetic education. With the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence and the increasingly fierce talent competition among major powers, the rigid teaching model that has been formed for many years needs to be overturned and reconstructed.Making aesthetic education return to its playful nature is an effective path for aesthetic education to distinguish itself from knowledge-based normative teaching, and it is also a strategy to address current local educational issues and attention deficit, enhance students' creativity, and develop comprehensive and healthy personalities.

In Chinese classical poetry, objective things are often integrated into social and aesthetic feelings, endowed with subjective emotional functions, and forming literary images. In the transformation from objective images to poetic images, the nouns that record these things often show descriptive semantic function in the context. In the concept references of “different names for the same reality” and the modifier-center double-syllable structures, the descriptive semantic function of nouns is prominently reflected. The factors that affect the generation of descriptive semantic function of nouns include poetic context, aesthetic characteristics of literary language and implicit and concise features of poetic language. The descriptive semantic function of nouns fully reflects the semantic characteristics of the Chinese language and the implicit and concise linguistic features of Chinese classical poetry.

The estrangement of urban dwellers and the fragmentation of daily temporality often leads to a deficiency in the sense of home and are even frequently beset by the afflictions of “modern urban maladies”.The stabilization of popular sentiment is the fundamental safeguard of the urban individuals. From the perspective of urban life traditions, urban festivals are the most effective spatiotemporal platform for communicating across social strata, uniting citizens, building consensus, and fostering urban cultural identity. The urban areas in China are closely linked to traditional society. The revival and creative transformation of traditional urban festivals can provide urban residents with a sense of stability during the transition between old and new ways of life, allowing them to experience a sense of home, gain identity with urban culture, and find meaning in their daily lives. From the perspective of long-term stability for both the city and the nation, it is essential to highlight the reconstruction of the urban life world, and even prioritize reserving, extending and creating daily life space-time for the public, especially the grass-roots citizens apart from taking into account the public municipal construction and welfare policy.

Social intellectual history conforms to historical materialism at the theoretical level, with an emphasis on the complex social structures of intellectual studies.Social intellectual history has developed the studies of the social surroundings and scholarly discourses of those historical thinkers and scholars from the pre-Qin (classical time) to modern China.Social intellectual history distinguishes itself from social cultural history besides some shared commonalities.Although both are based on cross-disciplinary studies through the perspective of social history, but the former emphasizes intellectual studies and its context, and aims at reveling the social implications of scholarship (scholarly works) from multiple dimensions.Meanwhile, social intellectual history cares for both official and private sources, and therefore it significantly expands the range of materials for intellectual studies.Even though borrowing relevant theories and methods from abroad, social intellectual history has been rooted in the Chinese academic field to transmit the achievements and heritage of traditional historiography. The theoretical self-consciousness in the studies of social intellectual history is beneficial to the constructions of “independent knowledge system” of Chinese historiography.

Examining Locke's concept of federative power from the perspective of 17th-century political reforms in England reveals that this idea both inherited and transformed the royal prerogatives over foreign affairs under the absolutist monarchy. While it was designated as “federative power” and, in principle, subordinated to the supreme legislative authority, it retained the characteristics of a prerogative that was not easily constrained by legislative power.Under the constitutional monarchy established by the Glorious Revolution, whether through the functioning of party government or the process of political democratization, the exercise of power in foreign affairs consistently exhibited resistance to effective parliamentary oversight. This reflects an inherent contradiction within the system, rooted in the fact that the 17th-century political reforms primarily addressed domestic affairs, leaving the realm of foreign policy largely untouched.

Machine learning has made significant advancements in scientific research, especially in data-intensive fields. However, its application in scientific discovery still faces limitations. In recent years, computational scientists have proposed several methods that enable machines to autonomously discover scientific laws from data sets. These attempts have sparked widespread debate over whether they truly capture the essence of scientific discovery.Machine learning systems differ significantly from human discovery processes in aspects such as data selection, model construction, the relationship between theories and phenomena, and the nature of machine thought itself, showing that they lack autonomous thinking capabilities.Their outputs are still influenced by existing human knowledge systems and cognitive frameworks.Despite this, artificial intelligence has profoundly changed the way scientific research is conducted. It is essential to recognize both the irreplaceable role of machines in scientific research and the unique role of human creativity and intuition in scientific discovery. The future should aim for effective human-machine collaboration, not for machines to replace humans as the primary agents of scientific research.
