The discourse of “Wenming” in ancient China carries the in-depth understanding of good virtue and political governance by ancient Chinese. The discourse of “Wenming” focused on expounding the virtues of the sages and their political governance practices during the Han to Tang dynasties.Under the multiple influences of political reality and Neo-Confucianism concepts,“Wenming” began to be used in conjunction with concepts such as “China” and “Huaxia”,developing a clear meaning of cultural forms.Focusing on the subjects and methods of cultural governance, the discourse of “Wenming” played an important role in the HuaYi subject and the “Da-yi-tong” subject since the Song dynasty. In the area of historical theory,“Wenming” has become an important expression that expounds the beginning of the history of Chinese civilization in terms of the correspondence with concepts such as “Honghuang”,and on the other hand,it has also been used to explain the historical law of vicissitude of governance.

Lefebvre explicitly takes labor space as the basis of social space. In this way,the core of spatial production practice would also be labor activities and its relational field. Moreover, the demarcation and marking of social space originate from human labor practice, and the spatial demarcation and marking are an extension of the center of the human body to the outside. The spatial presence of the body resides in the consciousness, unconsciousness and rhythm of its own movement, which is an important factor in the generation of the body's self and the occurrence of spatial practices, but the formation and change of the body's self cannot be “reduced” to a subjective discourse, and is determined by historical spatial practices.

Harvey systematically examines the Enlightenment's concept of the “domination of nature” and its political implications, pointing out that among both Enlightenment thinkers and later-generation theorists, this notion has been questioned and criticized. This criticism gave rise to the formation and development of organicism and ecological thinking. He further investigates the theoretical gains and losses in evaluating natural models from different theoretical lineages, opposing western ecological discourse and political practices that detach ecological issues from social systems and political dimensions. These approaches, which abstractly analyze the roots and solutions of ecological problems, are critiqued.Based on this, grounded in geographical historical materialism,Harvey reveals both the inevitable consequences of ecological differentiation and diversity under certain social systems and production relations, and the spatial production of capital aimed at capital accumulation, which not only causes imbalanced geographical development and the reorganization of geographical landscapes but also leads to the fact that the working class, constrained by geographical barriers,is limited to fighting for specific rights and local justice in opposition to capital. Therefore,Harvey emphasizes that the path to solving the ecological crisis lies in directing the environmental movement toward a radical class movement, and building an ecological socialist society. The distinctive feature of Harvey's ecocritical theory is its emphasis on the spatial and justice dimensions of ecological civilization theory, making it an inherent component of socialist ecological politics.

The concept of intellectual equality and the essence of education discussed today are not only a philosophical theoretical issue, but also involve the practical issues in educational practice. We need to pay special attention to the deviation between the concept of intellectual equality and the understanding of equality requirements in educational practice in the modern society.Strengthening intellectual equality does have strong appeal and natural justification, but more attention should be paid to how social factors are alienated and become reasons for intellectual inequality,as well as how social power factors are distorted and deviate from the original intention of education. We hope to reflect on current educational concepts and certain practical educational issues through a critique of the duality of the principle of intellectual equality and a philosophical analysis of the formation of intelligence corresponding to the path of natural and life evolution.

In 21st century, the nearly-one-century-long dissemination of Xu Zhimo's image all over the world as a modern Chinese poet has entered a new phase with its interwoven clues and prospect of making new progress.Breakthroughs happened in both the historical investigation of Xu's Cambridge materials and the translation of his poetry;his cultural identity and literary status have been re-evaluated;his literary persona has been re-envisioned through varying voices of overseas biographies and autobiographical novels;and the “Cambridge Xu Zhimo Poetry & Art Festival” makes a model of promoting the value of trans-cultural heritage. All these elements together form an integral image of Xu Zhimo in a flexible grid of world literature. We see in Xu Zhimo a world literary value which fits in the global vision, appeals to foreign readers, and keep being illuminating all the way;the image's global dissemination features a route from the East to the West which calls off the occidental-centered misconception about world literary system and puts forward a multi-systematic,poly-centered mapping of world literature that is quite important nowadays.

Fairy tales are the signature genre within children's literature.Apart from other narrative genres, fairy tales have a unique self-consistent system of narrative logic. The narrative logic of fairy tales is the inner convention and the important aesthetic scale of the genre.Wishful fantasy, intrinsic rationality and essential authenticity are the three major elements that constitute the narrative logic of fairy tales.Based on the law of children's animistic thinking, the narrative logic of fairy tales is composed of self-consistence,self-sufficiency and malleability. The “fictionalization of fairy tales” is a new change and strengthening of the narrative logic of fairy tales.Fairy tales with fantasy as its core have a broad romanticist spirit, but it is relatively detached from the Chinese mainstream realistic literary tradition. Therefore, prejudice, misunderstanding and even ignorance of the narrative logic of fairy tales have led to the deteriorated ecology of fairy tales in China. As a matter of fact, fairy tales,as an important spiritual nutrition for children's growth, cultivate the poetic personality of childhood with its incomparable poetic quality, pave the way for children's humanistic foundations, and accumulate positive energy for their development.Utilizing fairy tales as a high-quality resource for children's growth is undoubtedly an important approach in reconstructing the spirit of Chinese childhood.

The monk poems collected in
Kaifūsō
is a typical example of early Japanese monk literature. The creation and reception of these poems reflect the underlying motivations for the emergence of Japanese monk literature.Monks sought to gain recognition of their privileged status from the ruling class by participating in the collective composition of Sinitic poetry alongside cultural elites. The ruling class,in turn, supported the acquisition of the necessary cultural literacy for such Chinese literary creation as part of their efforts to consolidate their rule through the promotion of Buddhism. At the same time, they projected their idealized vision of Chinese reclusive scholars onto the monks, striving to create an image of a flourishing civilization in which both the religious and secular participated in literary creation. This mechanism for the emergence of monk literature reflects the special cultural roles played by Sinitic literature and Buddhism during the “Tang Style Transformation” in Japan in the 7th to 8th centuries.

The “Environmental Decade” of the 1970s in the United States, witnessed strict environmental regulation causing significant disruptions to the national economy and triggering economic pains. As a result, the conflict between environmental regulation and economic development dominated for a long time.Starting from the late 1980s,the U.S.economy have steadily recovered, and environmental governance have begun to show initial results. And the government and the public's perception of the relationship between the two have changed.Against this backdrop,Professor Michael Porter at HarvardBusiness School proposed the famous “Porter Hypothesis”,arguing that relying on technological innovation to offset the costs of environmental regulation could achieve a harmonious unity of economic development and environmental governance. As a summary of the American experience, the “Porter Hypothesis” provided a good prescription for pollution control from an economic perspective, but it is not universally applicable. In practice, the validity of the “Porter Hypothesis” is extremely complex.Regarding its rationality and extension,we should give them recognition and actively draw lessons from them.As for its flaws,we should criticize them and recognize their essential characteristics.

In the late 1970s,several Caribbean countries gained independence from British colonial rule, creating a “power vacuum” in the eyes of American government.Preventing other countries from making a difference in these new-born countries,US President Carter proposed a new Caribbean policy, hoping to use forces outside the federal government to strengthen the mutual connection between the United States and Caribbean people and enhance the influence of the United States in the Caribbean countries. The US State Department and National Security Council have developed a people-to-people strategy for civilian exchanges in the Caribbean region, integrating existing private volunteer organizations for use by the federal government, and making it an important tool for implementing government diplomatic strategic goals.Based on recently released archival materials, the thesis analyzes the process of carrying out the US government's people-to-people diplomatic strategy in the Caribbean, which is of great significance for us to understand the essence of US diplomacy.

Family and school are two core systems for student development.National policies, educational practices, and empirical research all emphasize the importance of home-school cooperation.Through an in-depth analysis of previous definitions, development history, theories, and research on home-school cooperation, this paper reveals the limitations of previous theories and research and proposes “The Bidirectional Interaction Model of Home-School Cooperation and Child and Adolescent Development”.This model integrates factors at four levels, the family and school level, the home-school cooperation level, the bidirectional interaction level (parent-child and teacher-student interactions),and child and adolescent level, into a theoretical model. It points out that family and school factors influence home-school cooperation, which in turn affects the bidirectional interaction level (parent-child and teacher-student interactions),and finally affects the development of children and adolescents.Conversely, children and adolescents development can also influence bidirectional interactions, subsequently affecting home-school cooperation and, finally, families and schools.Home-school cooperation, especially the parent-teacher relationships, plays an important role in the bidirectional interaction model.Educational practices and intervention research should focus on bridging the gap between families and schools, fostering consensus, and cultivating home-teacher relationships.

The urban and rural economic cycle is the linchpin of the urban-rural relations development. Its seamless operation is pivotal for achieving integrated urban-rural development and overall rural revitalization. The urban and rural economic cycle provides essential support for production, coordination of distribution, flow of factors, and supply-demand alignment, thereby providing an industrial foundation, institutional support, endogenous momentum and a crucial engine for rural revitalization. However, practical obstacles exist in the form of separate industrial development between urban and rural areas, income disparity, inadequate flow mechanisms for factors between urban and rural areas,as well as poor supply-demand connection. To facilitate a smooth urban-rural economic cycle and promote rural revitalization, efforts should be made to enhance agricultural productivity, promote organic integration of agro-industrial complexes;improve income distribution system, standardize wealth accumulation system;deepen factor market reform, facilitate two-way flow of resource factors between urban and rural areas;drive structural reform in agricultural supply side, strengthen effective alignment of supply-demand between urban and rural areas.

As a new manufacturing paradigm, the characteristics of complex manufacturing system and key core technologies of intelligent manufacturing, such as long period, high barriers, originality and frontier, put forward higher requirements for the “synergy” of the domestic substitution of key core technologies in intelligent manufacturing. In view of this, this paper puts forward the concept of “synergistic substitution” which is different from the traditional “competitive substitution”.The “synergistic substitution” is based on the system theory, which emphasizes that through creative integration of different technical elements or systems, the system coupling effect and super-added value effect of complex technical systems can be brought into play, and the overall technological leap of industrial chain can be promoted by synergistic innovation of complex technical systems to break the foreign single-point technology blockade. The “synergistic substitution” does not exclude the “competitive substitution” which is the norm in the local technical field of free competition. However,in the complex technical system such as intelligent manufacturing under the background of international competition with numerous technological barriers, the domestic substitution of key core technologies must rely on the synergistic substitution of the mutual coupling of sub-technical systems, and the key for synergistic substitution to achieve technological catch-up is the high-order coupling between subsystems rather than the inefficient cycle and backwards compatibility within the system. To effectively promote collaborative substitution,it is necessary to reshape the innovation incentive system and industrial chain governance mechanism with collaborative innovation thinking,to consolidate the underlying work of synergistic innovation within the technological systems of intelligent manufacturing,to build a specialization and cooperation system based on the integration of the industrial chain,to seek high-level coupling opportunities for key core technology innovation through high-level opening up,and to innovate talent motivation mechanisms effectively ensuring the implementation of national technology strategies.

It is necessary to file a civil public interest lawsuit against acts that infringe on cultural heritage and seriously harm public interests.Although China already has the practice of civil public interest litigation of cultural heritage,in order to better protect Chinese cultural heritage,we should still institutionalize the civil public-interest litigation protection of cultural heritage through legislation, and set up corresponding procedures according to the characteristics of cultural heritage.Due to the large amount of cultural heritage,it is necessary not only to define the scope of litigation cases, but also to form a dispute resolution mechanism for public welfare damage outside litigation,so as to realize the integration of dispute resolution mechanisms inside and outside litigation and the diversion of cases. In view of the national characteristics of cultural heritage,it is necessary not only to expand the scope of prosecution subjects to provide channels for the public to participate in the protection of cultural heritage, but also to realize the exclusive jurisdiction of the place where the infringement results occur for the sake of realizing the fair trial of the case.

Autonomous driving,as a technical reproduction of human driving, maximally bypasses the limitations of human driving through driving algorithms and control logic modeled on human driving. It changes the traditional pattern of driving forms and orders dominated by humans.Autonomous driving, through the technical reproduction of assisting, replicating, and surpassing human driving, replaces the subject of driving, shifts the core scenarios of driving, and alters the regulatory domain of autonomous driving. This has posed a fundamental challenge to the established regulatory frameworks and legal systems. The coexistence and interaction between human driving and autonomous driving have triggered more complex challenges in legal regulation, such as legal access to autonomous driving, the allocation of legal responsibility for autonomous driving offenses, and the security and privacy protection. Therefore,it is necessary to transform the forward-looking predictions and rational previews of autonomous driving in terms of ethics, order, and norms into effective regulatory frameworks and legal norms for the sake of adapting to and promote the orderly development of autonomous driving technology.
